Downtown Sharon Project

In 2018, Downtown Sharon Project began with a complete renovation. In 2018, the building was a complete shell and was in need of a roof, electric, plumbing, HVAC, masonry (complete wall), and construction. This building is in the heart of historic downtown Sharon, WI. and now home to new owners.

The upstairs includes a two bedroom, one bath residential apartment. The downstairs includes three studios for entrepreneurs.
